Mapalad Ka HoaI is a completed residential project located at 780 Area A La Forteza Subdivision, Barangay 175 Camarin, Caloocan City. It features 36 housing units, each with a 22.5-square meter floor area and a 10-square meter loft, thoughtfully designed for efficient and functional living. The design is inspired by Australian housing concepts, blending practicality with modern aesthetics.
Construction began on November 28, 2022, and concluded on June 30, 2024. This project was realized through a partnership with the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), focusing on providing affordable and sustainable housing solutions for the local community. It marks an important step in addressing urban housing challenges in the area.
